Doe Winslow
Doe has worked in the construction business in the upper Keys since 1995 and designed and sold her first kitchen in 1996.  She started Kitchen & Bath Specialists in 2003 and is a member of the National Kitchen and Bath Association.

Ray Jones
It's one thing to sell stuff and it's another thing to deliver it.  Ray is the expeditor.  If there's a logistical dilemma, it's time to call Ray.  From measuring to pick ups in Atlanta, he's been solving problems and doing a little of everything since the first day we opened.  There's no way we could do it without him, nor would we want to.

Paula Vieceli
With years and years of retail experience and one or two degrees in science, Paula combines her intelligence, enormous sense of humor with her good manners and creates the ultimate customer service experience.  She's also the company's estimator.  It's a tricky formula: combining the need for a fair profit for the company with a satisfied customer.  Paula knows the math.

Kathy Ferguson
Kathy is our principal designer.  Her fifteen years of kitchen and bath design experience, her technical drawing skills and excellent taste have given her a long list of satisfied customers and the best references in town.

Cheryl LaPointe
Cheryl has a passion for and a background in visualizing and executing the overall color and textural palette for a job.  She has great taste for combining all the features and selections that compose a room design from knobs and pulls to window coverings.

Alberto Goldstein
Fluent in German, Spanish and English, Alberto is uniquely qualified to provide the most precise and successful stone installations.  Floors, shower surrounds, countertops, fireplace mantels - the more technical and complex, the better he likes it.  Alberto also handles our exports to Central and South America.
